About Me

About me
Victoria
I am Victoria Diaz, a 48-year-old mother of two children. In my professional life there are two distinct stages. I have a degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Digital Business. I developed my professional career in corporate banking for 20 years.
Then life took me to live abroad. First to Romania and then to Germany. I decided to take this opportunity to change my career. At the age of 40 my interests had changed, as had my life goals and my health.
This led me to become a certified Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. I then trained in NLP, Mindfulness and now in Dietetics.
My aim is to encourage other people to improve their lifestyle, especially those who, like me in the past, work in offices, work long hours and find it difficult to balance it with their personal life, exercise and ultimately take care of themselves.
I also work as a gastronomy content creator for other companies and I have a plant-based cooking blog for people with allergies called Sin Huevo Ni Leche (Without Eggs or Milk).
