About me

Victoria

I am Victoria Diaz, I am 48 years old and, among other things, I have a degree in Economics and Business Sciences. I developed my professional career in corporate banking for 20 years and then I decided to change my life and profession. I became certified as a health coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and I have specialized in Health for business professionals.

I am passionate about integrative nutrition, which is based not only on following healthy eating habits but on improving all aspects of our lives that can nourish us or on the contrary drain our energy, such as stress, personal relationships, professional life , or sleep, to name a few.

My purpose is to help professionals become aware of the tremendous importance that small changes in our daily lives can have on longevity, performance and happiness, providing them with resources and support to implement them.

I carry out both individual and group coaching sessions and talks on the five basic pillars of health from my point of view:

  • An adequate diet to our needs and our preferences, which can be maintained over time
  • A quality break
  • Self-care, which includes exercise, meditation, leisure and that will be different for each person.
  • Stress management, which shakes us all at some point in our lives, and if we don't know how to interpret and manage it, triggers a series of physical reactions in our body, leading to illness.
  • Time management. In order to take care of all the above aspects in a world with little free time, we must be clear about our objectives, and prioritize those actions that contribute to achieving them. Having resources for this will help us achieve everything else.

I also work as a food and nutrition content creator for other companies and I have a plant-based cooking blog for people with allergies called Sin Huevo Ni Leche (Without Eggs or Milk).
