About Me

About me

Victoria

I am 49 years old and a mother of two children. I graduated in Economics and Business Sciences and later pursued a Master’s in Digital Business. I developed my professional career in corporate banking for 20 years.

Life then took me abroad, first to Romania and then to Germany. I decided to change professions. At the age of 40, my interests had changed, as well as my life goals and my health.

All of this led me to become certified as a Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. After that, I trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), became certified as a Dietitian, and am currently studying for a Master’s in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology

My aim is to encourage other people to improve their lifestyle, especially those who, like me in the past, work in offices, work long hours and find it difficult to balance it with their personal life, exercise and ultimately take care of themselves.

I also work as a nutrition content creator for other companies and I have a plant-based cooking blog for people with allergies called Sin Huevo Ni Leche (Without Eggs or Milk).
