Why is health coaching holistic?

Therefore, the adjective “holistic”, applied to health coaching, means that the approach contemplates health as a whole, and furthermore, integrated by several parts, having to address and take care of each one of them.

In other words, taking care of your health is not only about improving your diet (secondary food), but also about correcting possible imbalances that may exist in your rest, exercise, your personal relationships, your spiritual practice, or your professional career, all of them considered primary food, which directly affect the way we feed ourselves.

Our bio-individuality makes coaching a “tailor-made suit” for each person

We are all individual beings, with unique backgrounds, needs, starting points, goals and pace of life. Therefore, each coaching program is personalised. The first thing we will do is examine all the areas that affect your health in order to determine what is out of balance and prioritise.

We will meet fortnightly, either online or in person, to allow you to implement the guidelines I will be giving you, review your progress and move forward in the program.

Being not in the same city is not an obstacle to benefit from having a health coach for you.

After every coaching session I will send you a summary of the meeting, as well as some reading and working materials.
