I was born in Madrid (Spain) and I studied Economics. I have worked in banking for twenty years, until I moved abroad with my family
My son’s food allergies modified the diet of the entire family. I developed a new way of cooking, with no allergens and committed to our health and the environment. That is how I created www.sinhuevonileche.com, the blog where I started sharing those recipes without some of the traditional ingredients (egg, dairy, refined flours, sugar), with the purpose of helping other families in our same situation.
Stepping into my 40’s brought a number of conditions, such as food intolerances, digestive discomfort, hormonal imbalances, emotional eating, stress and a redefinition of my goals in life.
I started looking for help to solve these small problems and “wandered” through different practitioners with no solutions, until I realized that everything was related and that I needed to address all these problems together, and at the same time, from different angles.
I needed a new, more integrative, approach. And I found it at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. I became a health coach, I found the answers and along with them, my own journey to health.
At the same time, I discovered my true passion and purpose: to help others take care of their health, prevent disease and live a more fulfilling life.
